Development Review/Application Forms

Current planning involves implementation of the Comprehensive Plan, Zoning Code, Subdivision standards, including design standards and other standards in the Municipal Code through the development review process.  Planning staff review all proposed land development applications for consistency with City plans and ordinances with the goal of promoting high quality projects that positively contribute to the community's character.  

In some cases, development review approval must be obtained before a building permit can be issued.  If you would like construct a new house, build an addition to an existing home, change or expand an existing commercial building, or add signage,  you may need permits from the City of Central Point.  If you have questions about permit requirements, please contact the Community Development Department at 541-664-3321.
