Permit fees may be calculated using the fees listed in the appropriate application or by specific fee as adopted by the City of Central Point. Examples of residential permit fees have been created for your information.

Permit exemptions/when permits are required:
- Regardless if permit is required please call (541) 664-3321 ext. 292 or e-mail the Planning Department to get the correct set backs.
Residential Work Exempt from Building Permits
Please contact the Floodplain Coordinator. (541) 664-3321 ext. 244 or e-mail to find out if you are in a floodplain.
Once a permit has been issued use the permit number for all correspondence.
