The Central Point Council encourages citizen participation in shaping our community.  By joining a committee or commission in the City of Central Point, you are giving yourself a chance to be heard and make decisions that will impact the community for years to come.

What better way to give something back to the community then to be an active member in the city's decision making process?

Joining one of these committees or commissions is a great way to help mold your city and community so you can be proud to say, "I live in Central Point and I helped make it a great place to live."

All committee and commission members are appointed by the Mayor and Council.  Meeting dates and terms vary depending on the committees.  If you are interested in more information on any committee or commission you can contact City Recorder Rachel Neuenschwander via email, or phone at 541-423-1015 .  Each committee and commission is further explained by clicking on the links below or in the menu to the right.
