The Arts Commission advises the City Council on matters relating to art installations and projects throughout the city. The Arts Commission recommends to the Council on public art in the city, education and outreach to schools, support for local artists, and the preservation of art and culture. There are seven members of this commission, and they meet quarterly.

2024 Meeting Schedule
The first meeting is tentatively scheduled for Thursday, April 4.
All meetings start at 6:00 pm and held at 235 S. Haskell Street. Meetings are open to the public. If you have ideas or suggestions for the Art in Central Point or would just like meet the members of the Commission, we invite you to drop in anytime.
