Central Point Police Department Patrol Officers

The Patrol Division of the Central Point Police Department is the most visible presence in our community.  Our highly trained, professional, and well-educated Police Officers are our department's most important resource.  Each Police Officer has taken the solemn oath to serve and protect the residents in Central Point.

Every officer in our Patrol Division interacts with the residents in our community using a proactive approach to community policing. Our Police Officers are tasked with enforcing all federal, state, city, and traffic laws, while also responding to a wide range of calls.

Our Patrol Division is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Our Police Officers are involved in many different special assignments. A few examples include:

  • D.A.R.E. Officers
  • School Resource Officers (SRO)
  • D.R.E. (Drug Recognition Expert)
  • Field Training Officers (FTO)
  • K-9 Officers*

Our K-9's have retired, but their contributions to the department and the community will not be forgotten.  We have commemorative 8-9 inch tall plush versions of our favorite K-9s for sale to help support the Central Point Police Department!

Click HERE to purchase your favorite retired Central Point K-9 for only $15.
