Draft Land Use Map

Application Summary

The City of Central Point will consider adoption of the Comprehensive Plan Land Use Element covering a twenty (20) year planning period, 2018-2038.  The Land Use Element addresses the purpose and scope of each land use classification in the City, and includes a map that assigns a land use classification to all land within the city limits and urban growth boundary.  The proposal reflects changes in the text, goals and policies since the last amendment of the Land Use Element in 1983.  Proposed map changes resolve errors/inconsistencies, incorporate changes proposed by others, and addresses changing conditions in the City.  Applicant/Agent: City of Central Point.
