The Citizen's Advisory Committee serves as sounding board for the community and provides recommendations to the Planning Commission and City Council on policies, regulations and programs for the City. The next CAC meeting will be on Tuesday September 10, 2019 at 6pm in the City Council Chambers. The agenda will include discussion and udpates on the following items:
- Zoning Code Amendments to CPMC 17.77, Accessory Dwelling Unit and other related sections including CPMC 17.08, Definitions and CPMC 17.60.030, Accessory Buildings.
- Hazard Mitigation Plan Update.
- CP-2B Urban Reserve Area Concept Plan Informational Update.
- Urban Growth Boundary Amendment Update.
- Community Development Update.
