Online Elevation Certificate Library

Welcome to the City's Online Elevation Certificate Library.  Elevation Certificates are official federal forms used to rate flood insurance policies, and are also used to ensure all new and substantially improved structures are built to reduce flood damages.  They are also used for hazard mitigation planning purposes.

The City maintains copies of all Elevation Certificates received for structures within the City of Central Point incorporated area.  If you do not see an Elevation Certificate for your property, our office likely does not have one.  To obtain a new Elevation Certificate, contact a licensed land surveyor.  Once the Elevation Certificate is complete, please provide a copy to the Community Development Department.

To access the Library, click the link below.  The Elevation Certificates are organized alphanumerically by street name.  Contact (541)664-3321, Ext. 244 if you have any questions or if you have trouble accessing the database.
