Urban Renewal Plan

The City's urban renewal plan, "The East Pine Street and Downtown Revitalization Plan," was adopted by the Central Point Development Commission ("CPDC") in 2012.  The Plan establishes the basis for all urban renewal activities implemented by the CPDC over a 25-year period.
