All Council meetings are open to the Public and are recorded. Agendas are posted the week prior to the meeting. To participate in a public meeting please read the following:

To Speak On Subjects Not On the Agenda
Under agenda item Public Appearances, the Mayor will ask for oral requests and communications from the audience. This is the time when matters NOT on the printed agenda may be brought to Council's attention. Please sign your name and address on the form provided. Council action on your request is unlikely, but further action may be requested by staff.

To Speak At Public Hearings
Public hearings are listed on the agenda. The Mayor will identify the subject and announce when the public hearing is open. If you wish to speak, sign in at the podium. Begin by giving your name and address and then state your views. The Mayor will announce when the hearing is closed and no further statements will be heard by the Council.
