June 2019 Planning Commission Agenda Overview
At the June 4th meeting, the Planning Commission is scheduled to review the minutes of the May 7, 2019 meeting and conduct three (3) public hearings regarding the following:
- Smith Crossing Site Plan & Architectural Review: Modification to a Condition of Approval.
- Employment Buildable Lands Inventory (BLI) (2019-2039), an adjunct to the Comprehensive Plan Land Use Element.
- City of Central Point Comprehensive Plan Economic Element (2019-2039) update.
More informaiton about the scheduled public hearing items is provided in the June 4, 2019 Planning Commission Packet below. The public is invited to attend the meeting and participate by providing oral and/or written testimony. The meeting begins at 6:00 p.m. and is located in the City Council Chambers at 140 South 3rd Street in Central Point.
