The Planning Commission will be meeting starting at 6:00 p.m. on August 7, 2018. The agenda includes four (4) public hearings to consider the following applications:
1. Miller Subidivision
2. Bigham Drive Zone Change
3. Scenic Avenue Zone Change
4. Zoning Text Amendments (TOD Setbacks and Design Standard)
All members of the public are invited to attend the Planning Commission and participate in the public hearings. The Planning Commission Packet includes the Agenda, Meeting Minutes for July, and all supporting documents for the applciations being considered.
