Biography
Lara Caldwell joined the staff in January 2018. She provides administrative support in the areas of compensation, employee benefits, employee newsletters, records management, and performance management. She serves on the City's social committee and also serves on the City's management team for collective bargaining.
Lara has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from Western Oregon University and has more than 24 years of broad based experience including executive support, office administration, customer service, records and data management, project support and document preparation. She is a successful entrepreneur providing creative products to the marketplace, including product creation, distribution, as well as design and implementation of a marketing plan which includes social media and a website platform.
