The Moore Family Fields, formerly known as Central Point Little League, is undergoing an exciting transformation! Bret and Noel Moore, in collaboration with the City of Central Point and the Central Point Parks Foundation, are working together to refurbish the baseball and softball complex on Hanley Road in Central Point, OR.
Originally built in the 1960s, the complex has deteriorated over time and is in urgent need of major renovations to meet modern standards. Thanks to the generosity of Noel and Bret Moore, who have made a significant donation, and matching funds from the City of Central Point, progress is underway! Water and sewer lines have already been extended, and Phase 1 of construction is set to begin in summer 2024. This initial phase will focus on rehabilitating 1-2 of the six fields and adding a new restroom and concession stand.
While these generous contributions have given the project a strong start, additional funding is needed to complete all the planned improvements. We are seeking businesses and community members who would like to contribute through monetary or in-kind donations.
