Travis Maxwell was born a smart child. He made his first radio out of a lemon. At age 18, he joined the U.S. Army with a very high test score. His assignment was special team electronic warfare. He was hurt in training and medically discharged and then hired at the Area 51 Test Site to help the military build robotic construction equipment to clear nuclear bombs without endangering personnel. He also worked on thermal optics for security cameras that were robotically operated. He worked on lasers that could shoot missiles out of the sky like Israel is using right now and using sound waves to fight wars without losing soldiers. He was part of the Old Crow Society whose main mission in life is defending this country with electronic warfare. His main goal was protecting soldiers. The U.S. government later gave him and his work partners a grant to start a business called Quantum Mechanics whose main goal was developing the first smart Television and cooling AI Computers. Steven died at age 46 from cancer, leaving behind two sons.
