The Human Resources (HR) Director is responsible for the administration of personnel policies, employee relations, employee benefits, classification and compensation, personnel records, labor relations, performance management, worker's compensation, workplace safety, risk management, collective bargaining, and contract interpretation, as well as serving as a resource to department directors and supervisors in all matters involving employees.
