Mission Statement

The City of Central Point Public Works Department goal is to coordinate with other departments and agencies to provide superior service to our community and enhance the quality of life in Central Point by professionally managing the City’s water, storm water, parks, and transportation systems.

The Public Works Department consists of seven divisions:

• Transportation / Streets
• Water
• Storm Drain
• Administration
• GIS (Geographic Information Systems)
• Floodplain management
• Facilities maintenance
