Citation Fees

The Oregon Legislature determines the fine amounts for traffic citations. Currently they are as follows:

Class A - $432.00

Class B - $247.00

Class C - $150.00

Class D - $102.00

There are also increases in these fines occasionally depending on the circumstances surrounding a citation. For example, traffic fines in school zones and highway work zones may be more expensive.
