The City of Central Point’s Human Resources Director is responsible for the administration of personnel policies, employee relations, employee benefits, classification and compensation, personnel records, labor relations, performance management, worker’s compensation, workplace safety, collective bargaining and contract interpretation, and serving as a resource to department heads and supervisors in all matters involving employees.
